Amy Ilyes
Senior Vice President of Customer Experience
Amy Ilyes is senior vice president of customer experience at Penske Logistics. She is entrusted with the global deployment and ongoing development of the customer experience transformation, a unique business process for creating value in supply chains that incorporates logistics engineering and technology, logistics operations and strategic account relationships.
A key member of Penske's engineering and technology group for 22 years, she most recently served as vice president of logistics engineering.
Ilyes earned a bachelor's degree in mathematics from John Carroll University and earned both a master's degree and a doctorate in operations research from Case Western Reserve University.
