Brian Ruprich

Brian Ruprich is the managing director for Penske Logistics Europe, a role he has held since February 2011. In this role, he leads all European supply chain activities. He has nearly 20 years of operating experience in the field of logistics. Over the last decade, he has served Penske Logistics in a variety of operational leadership roles.

Ruprich joined Penske Logistics back in 2000, as operations director serving Ford Motor Company’s operations in Dearborn, Mich. In 2004, he was promoted to general manager, for Penske’s lead logistics operation where he supported inbound logistics planning for all of Ford’s manufacturing sites in North America.

In 2009, Ruprich joined the Penske Logistics Europe team as operations director to focus on growth with Ford and other automotive companies and suppliers.

Prior to joining Penske Logistics, Ruprich held a variety of operational roles with UPS, Yellow Freight and Ryder System, Inc.

He holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Macomb College. Ruprich currently resides in Rotterdam, The Netherlands with his wife and their two children.
