Erik van Egmond

Erik van Egmond serves as managing director, Europe, where he oversees all European supply chain management activities for Penske Logistics operations. He began his Penske Logistics career in 1997 as vice president of finance, Europe, where he established the company's European logistics framework.

His extensive experience in the field of logistics comes from various management and executive positions, where he has been responsible for activities in operations, finance and engineered logistics designs. He has worked at Encebe Export Centrale and TNT Logistics Europe, where he served as general manager LCE. Prior to joining Penske Logistics, he held the position of finance director and logistics project manager at CLS Logistics Services GmbH (Continental Can) in Germany.

Van Egmond holds a degree in business economics from the Institute for Business Administration and Economics (HEAO) in the Netherlands. He and his wife, Hetty, currently reside in Oss, the Netherlands.
