Justin Howes

Justin Howes is senior vice president of operations for Penske Logistics. He has oversight of a large segment of Penske’s dedicated contract carriage operations, which entails revenue growth, operations, pretax earnings, safety compliance and customer relations. As a member of the senior leadership team, Howes is an executive sponsor for some of Penske’s key customers across various product offerings.

He served most recently as vice president of operations DCC for the company.

Howes was a Penske Truck Leasing associate for over 16 years, working in a variety of roles in Albany, New York, including district manager and district operations manager. In the Northeast region, he served as area rental manager and area remarketing manager.

Howes got his start working in shipping and receiving for Yankee Candle Company.

He was awarded a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Westfield State University in Westfield, Massachusetts.
