What Is a Scorecard?

Understand how a Scorecard fits into the supply chain

A scorecard is a measure of performance that documents evaluation scores, KPI assessments and whether a target or goal is being met. Benefits of utilizing scorecards to measure performance include improved communications and ensuring that everyone is on the same page. Within a warehouse, a warehouse management system (WMS) can define and document standard performance expectations and then measure, track and report the performance of employees, departments and facilities.
